Way of order

*We DO NOT accept telephone order.

Delivery area

- All of the relational country (except for the war area)
- We never ship to different address from your PayPal account.

Payment

- We only accept PayPal payment as JPY (Yen), and can not accept other currency.
- International order needs extra charge 4% for total amount for our handling cost.

Shipping options

- EMS (w/full cover insurance)
- Registered (w/insurance covers up to 6000yen)
- Air mail (no insurance)

Return policy

When the product damages by our responsibility, we'll send replacement. Please inform us within 7 days after it arrives. If the parcel had damages, you should depend on the insurance.

We never treat your information who got by our dealings for the other use.
